From bare seawall to your first cast
We lay out the dock around how you actually use the water: fishing, boating, sitting with a coffee at sunrise. Then we drive the pilings from the barge and build it to shrug off sun, salt and storm season.
An empty seawall is wasted water
You bought waterfront to be on the water. Without a dock, the canal behind your house is scenery: nowhere to tie up, nowhere to fish from, nowhere for the kids to jump in. A dock is the difference between owning a view and using one.
The catch is that a dock is a structure standing in salt water, in Florida, through storm season. Built casually, it becomes a maintenance bill. Built right, with the pilings deep, the hardware rated for salt and the deck sized to your boat, it just quietly works for decades.
That second kind is the only kind we build. The owner lays it out with you on your seawall, and the same crew that drove the pilings hands it back finished.

We plan the dock around your boat, your canal and how you will use it, walkway, platform, lift well and all, before anything is ordered.
Pilings driven from the water
The barge sets every piling straight and deep from the canal side. No equipment through your yard, no torn-up lawn.
Composite or marine-grade decking
Composite for zero staining and color that survives the sun, or pressure-treated marine pine as the budget workhorse. We quote both when it is a close call.
Salt-rated hardware
Fasteners and connectors specified for salt water, with hidden-fastener patterns available where you want a clean deck face.
Permit guidance
We scope the build around Lee County and City of Cape Coral dock rules and walk you through the permit steps before a single piling moves.
Owner walkthrough at splash
The build ends with the owner on your dock, boat in the water, going over every board and bolt with you.

The dock gets drawn around your answers, and we walk you through the permit steps so the paperwork is moving before the build starts.
Drive and build
Pilings go in from the barge, straight and deep. Frame, stringers and decking follow, checked as they go.
Splash
Final walkthrough with the owner, boat tied to your new cleats. You are on the water and we are a phone call away.

The board matters less than the bones
Owners agonize over composite color and board brand, and fair enough, it is the part you see and walk on every day. But what decides how long your dock lasts is underneath: how deep the pilings are set, how the stringers are sized and spaced, and whether the hardware was rated for salt water or just for a backyard fence.
So that is where we put the obsession. Get the bones right and either decking choice will serve you well. Get them wrong and the prettiest board in Florida will not save the dock under it.
