Dock & boat lift services in Cape Coral

Cape Coral docks, built in our backyard

400 miles of canals, and we live on them. New docks, boat lifts, pilings and re-decks for the city with more canal frontage than anywhere else in the country, quoted by the owner on your seawall.

On your water

Four hundred miles of canals, one home base

Cape Coral is our home water. The business is based here, the barge works here, and most days start somewhere on the city's canal grid. When you call about a dock in the Cape, you are not explaining your neighborhood to an out-of-town crew.

The Cape's canals come in two flavors: freshwater systems and saltwater Gulf-access canals that run out through the Caloosahatchee toward open water. They age docks differently. Salt water feeds barnacles and borers that chew pilings at the waterline, while sun and storm season beat on every deck board in the city equally.

Nearly every canal home here sits behind a concrete seawall, which is exactly where we work: pilings driven from the water, the dock built off your seawall, your lawn and sprinklers left the way we found them.

What Cape Coral water asks of a dock

01

Salt at the waterline

Gulf-access canals are salt water, and the waterline is where they eat docks: barnacles, borers and wet-dry cycling. Wraps and honest piling checks matter more here than anywhere.

02

Sun with no mercy

A south-facing deck in the Cape cooks all year. Decking choice, fastener quality and board spacing decide whether it stays barefoot-friendly or turns into a splinter farm.

03

Storm season energy

Every summer brings wind and surge risk. Docks built with deep pilings, rated hardware and a lift that raises the boat high are the ones that shrug it off.

What canal owners say

Rated 5.0, 98 reviews

“Hiring Alex and his crew was a great decision! First and foremost they showed up when they said they would and perhaps even more important, finished when they said they would. ... I only wish I'd hired Alex from the start.”
