We walk your dock and lift, free. You get a straight report on what is solid and what is not, whether you hire us or not.
Design & Permit
We scope the build around Lee County and City of Cape Coral dock rules and walk you through the permit steps before a single piling moves.
Build from the water
Barge in the canal, crew on the water. Your lawn, sprinklers and landscaping stay exactly as we found them.
Splash
Final walkthrough together, boat on the lift, lines on the cleats. You are back on the water and we are a phone call away.
