Fort Myers Beach's Trusted Dock and Boat Lift Team
The Town of Fort Myers Beach sits on Estero Island, a seven-mile barrier island that took the direct hit of Hurricane Ian's landfall on September 28, 2022.
Estero Island sits between the Gulf of Mexico on one side and Estero Bay on the other. Every dock and lift on this island has to be built for that dual exposure and engineered to current FEMA flood-zone standards.
CC Docks & Lifts builds, repairs, and inspects docks and boat lifts across Fort Myers Beach, from the north end and Matanzas Pass to mid-island bayfront lots, Gulf-side homes off Estero Boulevard, and Big Carlos Pass at the south end.
Owner Alex personally oversees every project and has been actively involved in post-Ian reconstruction work across Estero Island.

Fort Myers Beach Dock and Boat Lift FAQ
What is the FEMA 50% Rule?
If repair or improvement costs exceed 50% of the dock's pre-damage market value, the structure may need to be rebuilt to current code standards.
Do I need permits for dock work?
Yes. Most waterfront work requires Town of Fort Myers Beach permitting and Florida DEP review.
Can you repair hurricane damaged docks?
Yes. Storm reconstruction and post-Ian rebuild work are a major part of what we handle on Estero Island.
How long does dock construction take?
Most Fort Myers Beach projects run 3 to 6 weeks from permit approval to final walkthrough depending on access and permitting complexity.
